Beautifully located in the Woods of Mashantucket, Connecticut is the World's largest Casino is spread over 4,700,000 sq ft . A sense of curiosity pops in, what makes it world's largest right. We started to enter the address in GPS, and later to find out that we added the address of employee parking lot of the casino., hmmm..couple of back and forths stopping by a local gas station, asking the enthusiastic shopper in gas station for address to the Foxwoods, at last following a peter pan bus lead to the Foxwoods, it might not be as tough for you guys...bum...GPS....
At last found the tower, you see here a sense of excitement settles in wow!!! found it, atlast...Drove into the parking lot...and got into the MGM part of the Casino.., as we enter the floor, the sounds of slot machines, blings, lights, food.., all of a sudden a new world opens up, there is lot of rush in people to make money , or rush to hit jackpots...As we move more into the casino, see a huge line in the lobby , line is for people who are checking in, hmmmm...interesting, few hours flipping channels news anchors mentioning of job cuts, economy did not recover yet..blah, blah...It's like there is no connection between what they say and what I see...., hooofff... We picked up a slot and started to play and Machine starts to make that sound which every one turns their head towards it, Yes, we got $120.00 out of that machine, now the feeling that this is a lucky machine creeps into the brain, and we start to increase bets and eventually after couple of spins reality clicks in and time to make a tough decision either to keep playing or change the slot machine or just be happy with the left over money on hand..., we did what is supposed to be meant, took the money and headed out of the gambling area, wondering what makes this place the world's largest casino as it seemed only one playing area with couple of high end stores, curiosity factor plays major role here, said Hi!! to the guard who was helping the folks with directions, Yes!! directions, in future they might have hand held GPS guess with destinations already selected for you, based on your interest level, am guessing...., not deviating you any more..so the guard on floor right, he was standing and I approached him, said, sir..with respect.., is there more than this..he says yes it is, take elevator up and keep walking, as much you can,.....wow!! sounds like a puzzle to solve, all excited wifey and me headed towards the stair ways, seeing all young crowd cheering up, making fun.., on the other side of elevator.., walking for a while we realized this thing is humongous.., ohoo...stairs leading to corridors and huge open halls with beautiful chandeliers, wow..when we had walked for 10 mins inside the building, we come to another part of casino which is whole world in itself...
